A support email address has not been published for this deployment yet. Until it is, your workspace owner can manage members and plans in the app, and the operator of this deployment can be reached through the channel you signed up with.

Pages or research not loading usually recovers on its own within minutes. If it lasts, contact us with the time it started and what you were doing. Research that needs Etsy can also pause when Etsy asks apps to slow down or the day's Etsy request quota is used up; it says so, and resumes automatically — nothing is lost.

• Two-factor authentication, your signed-in sessions and email confirmation are in Settings.
• Download your data or delete your account in Settings → Your data.

Plan and usage shows your plan, what you have used and your limits. The free plan never charges. Paid plans, where offered, are billed by Stripe: invoices, card changes and cancellation are in the billing portal linked from Plan and usage.

• "Reconnect needed" means Etsy access expired or was revoked. Open Etsy Seller Center and connect again.
• The connection is read-only: it never changes your listings. Only active listings are read, up to the newest 1,000 per sync.
• A sync that stopped can be run again with Sync now. Scheduled syncs wait while the day's Etsy quota is reserved for people researching.
• To stop access, disconnect in Etsy Seller Center; you can also remove the app in your Etsy account settings.

Every figure shows where it came from and when. Market data is read from Etsy's official API when you research and refreshed on a schedule; a search samples the listings Etsy ranks most relevant for each keyword, up to a fixed number, and says so. Etsy does not publish search volume, views or sales, so the product never shows them; demand and competition are signals derived from public listing data.
